CUP 10-0002 - Conditional Use Permit petition for a Bed and Breakfast in the Old Town Residential Zoning District and use of an alley for ingress and egress at 204 Washington Street

The Town of Blacksburg has received Conditional Use Permit requests from Mark Gordon for a Bed and Breakfast use at 204 Washington Street in the Old Town Residential zoning district and a Conditional Use Permit for alley access for this use. The following meetings are opportunities to learn more about and comment on this petition.

You are invited to a public neighborhood meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 in the Blacksburg Motor Company Conference Room, 400 South Main Street to learn more about the application. This is an opportunity to discuss the petition with the applicant. Town staff will provide meeting notes to the Planning Commission.

The Planning Commission will consider the amendment on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers, second floor of the Municipal Building, 300 South Main Street. This is a Public Hearing and comment is welcome. The Town Council Public Hearing will be scheduled once Planning Commission makes a final recommendation to Council.
