Young Champions Cheerleading
Young Champions Cheerleading offers this fun and exciting program for beginners, intermediate and advanced level students. There is more to pom-pom and cheerleading than just learning basics. Along with providing lots of fun, this program promotes coordination, confidence, poise, physical fitness, artistic expression, teamwork and competitive spirit. Students learn the fundamentals of dance and cheer, dance routines, parade routines, cheers, chants, jumps, how to perform in front of an audience and tryout preparations for junior high and high school squads.
No classes April 2 and 16.

Young Champions Children’s Self-Defense Class
This fun course for children is designed for self-defense purposes emphasizing child safety awareness. We DO NOT teach “bullying tactics.” Self-discipline rather than aggressiveness is promoted. A certified black belt will teach various basic self-defense/Karate techniques and forms. NO physical contact is allowed in beginner classes. Awards will be given for perfect attendance. Testing is available for rank promotion. Each class is 45 minutes long and divided by age and ability. We highly recommend a quality uniform, not required for class. Instructor may rearrange student’s class time according to ability.
No classes April 3 and 17. Testing May 15.

Family Energy Outlet
A good class to spend time with siblings. This class was designed specifically for parents with more than one child. Happy Hippos
This class is tailored to the needs of younger swimmers. Fun and safety are emphasized while children learn water safety and swimming skills. Children will have in increased confidence in group settings by interacting with other children their age while having fun and learning at the same time. Participants must be potty trained and should be dressed with bathing suit under street clothes. Snack will be provided. No classes March 29 - April 2.
