Physical Therapy Swim

This is a one (1) hour therapy period in conjunction with the 9:00am water aerobics classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays only! During this time, individuals can perform therapy under the direction of a physician or physical therapist. Each person can manage and execute prescribed rehabilitative exercises in a self-paced exercise setting. A letter from a physician or physical therapist is required for admittance during this time. All letters from physicians and physical therapists will be acknowledged for up to one (1) year. This is not considered a lap swim period!
