Annual street paving is scheduled to begin Monday, July 26 and continue for two weeks, weather permitting. Each street will be milled in preparation for paving beginning on July 22. The following is the planned milling and paving sequence:
Giles Road: Beginning at the intersection of N. Main Street and continuing southbound to Patrick Henry Drive
North Main Street: Beginning at the intersection of Northview Drive and continuing to Giles Road. The east side will be completed first, which will create uneven driving lanes
Northside Drive
Ashford Court
Hunt Club Road
North Main Street: Beginning at the intersection of Patrick Henry Drive and continuing southbound to Northview Drive
Eakin Street: Beginning at S. Main Street and continuing to Gracelyn Court
Hemlock Drive: Beginning at Preston Avenue and continuing to Draper Road
Gracelyn Court: Beginning at Airport Road continuing to Eakin Street
Draper Road: Beginning at Airport Road and continuing to Country Club Drive
