Residential Refuse & Recycling

The Town of Blacksburg offers a variety of refuse and recycling services to residents. This includes curbside trash and recycling collection for residents of houses and apartment complexes with four units or less. Drop off recycling sites are also available to residents. These services are provided through a contract with Waste Management, Inc.
