Master Plan

Find out about the recommended Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The master plan provides a 20 year vision for the Town of Blacksburg's Parks and Recreation facilities and programs. The plan includes assessments and recommendations for all 540 acres of park land, the Community Center, Aquatic Center, Golf Course, a wide range of programs, and future parks and facility needs for the community. The plan also identifies the top 10 priorities for the town to focus on over the next 20 years.
