Shelter rentals are used for many types of activities including but not limited to birthday parties, family reunions, wedding receptions, picnics and school trips.
Reservations for the shelters may be made at the Administrative Recreation Office on, 615 Patrick Henry Drive, Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm or by phone at (540) 961-1135, if paid by Visa or Master Card. A permit will be given or sent at the time of payment.
Shelter reservation times: 10 am - 3 pm or 4 pm - dark or the entire day
Fee: $25/per time period or $50 for the entire day
The fee is non-refundable unless inclement weather prevents use on the day of reservation.

This shelter has electricity, two grills and
two horseshoe pits. Horseshoe rentals are
available for $5/set. Restrooms across the street.
