This position is responsible for performing each of the following: collection of rents and fees, custodial functions, enforcement of golf course policies, minor cart maintenance and any other related duties as apparent or assigned.
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Qualified applicants for this position must be 18 years of age or older to be considered and have the ability to successfully complete a CPR and First Aid Course. Qualified applicants must be able to read, write and effectively communicate with staff members and the general public. They must have the ability to function as a cashier and to perform custodial duties. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required. A valid Virginia driver’s license and an excellent driving record are required. A satisfactory post-offer, pre-employment criminal background investigation will be required of the selected applicant.
Hourly rate is $9.50. This part-time position will work approximately 20 hours per week with a schedule that will require applicants to be available all days of the week for shifts assigned between the hours of 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. This position will not exceed 1,500 hours during the initial year of employment or during the Affordable Care Act measurement period of April 1st through March 31st.
