As soon as meeting dates are established, they will be posted here.

Comprehensive Plan Chapters:

Housing

Parks and Recreation

Public Safety and Community Facilities

The Comprehensive Plan also includes a Land Use Map Series with the four maps below.  These links are to the adopted maps and do not include proposed changes.

Map A: Future Land Use

Map B: Urban Development Areas & Inter-Jurisdictional Areas

Map C: Neighborhood, Employment, and Service Areas

Map D: Pathways to the Future

Changes to these maps are proposed with the update to the Plan.  There was an opportunity for private landowners to request consideration of changes to the future land use designations on their property.  There were six such requests and those applications are posted below.

Private Future Land Use Map Requests:

Withdrawn by Applicant: Application Request A: Harding Avenue

Application Request B: Glade Road

Application Request C: Toms Creek Road/Hidden Valley/Farmingdale

Application Request D: Toms Creek Road

Application Request E: 460Bypass/Farmingdale

Withdrawn by Applicant: Application Request F: Toms Creek Road/Deerfield/Doe Run

There are also other map changes proposed by Town staff.  Some are more straight forward and others are more substantive in nature.  Information on those proposed changes will also be posted here as they are proposed.

As documents are drafted and meetings are scheduled, they will be posted on this page. Stay engaged – we will want your comments and ideas.
