RZN-25-7-Rezoning request from GC General Commercial to PR Planned Residential for Mixed Use-Multi-Family and Commercial development at 702 University City Boulevard.

There will be a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 6:00 pm in the large conference room of the Blacksburg Motor Company Building at 400 South Main Street.

This neighborhood meeting will allow the applicant to present the rezoning request and allow all interested parties to ask questions and make comments about the request.
