A neighborhood meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 5:30 pm in the 1st floor conference room of the Municipal Building at 300 South Main Street to review and discuss CUP-26-2-Conditional Use Permit request for the proposed conversion of three (3) residential structures at 700 and 706 South Main Street and 105 Eakin Street SW to General Office, Medical Office and Fine Arts Studio.
This meeting gives the applicant the opportunity to present the request and any interested parties to ask questions and make comments regarding the request.
