Town of Blacksburg Real Estate Tax invoices for the first installment of 2025 are due by Friday, June 27, 2025. Accounts are now available for making online payments. If you have any questions, call the Department of Financial Services at 540.961.1105.

Payment may be mailed, placed in the drop box at 300 S. Main Street, Blacksburg, paid by phone with a credit card, or paid online at www.Blacksburg.gov/payments. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

A 10% penalty will be charged if not paid by June 27, 2025. Interest will be charged at the rate of 10% per year beginning July 23, 2025.
