July 16 Update: Lane Re-Striping: July 20
Lane re-striping after recent area paving work will begin the evening of Sunday, July 20; work will start on Prices Fork Road and move to South Main Street when complete. This work will be conducted at night between the hours of 7pm and 7am, minimizing impacts and duration of the project. Alternating lane closures and or short-duration flagging will be employed to maintain traffic in the work areas. The work is expected to take 1 week, weather permitting.

July 3 Update:
The contractor has completed a significant portion of the paving work, however, due to a previous schedule commitment, work will be postponed for one week. Work is scheduled to resume the evening of Sunday July 13 and is anticipated to take 5 days to complete, including lane restriping. Work will continue at night between the hours of 7 PM and 7AM.
June Update:
Beginning the evening of Monday, June 30, paving work will begin along westbound Prices Fork Road between Toms Creek Road and Route 460. Paving work will be conducted at night, between the hours of 7 pm and 7 am, minimizing the impacts and duration of the work. Paving will occur only in the westbound lanes, turn lanes, and median crossovers. Alternating lane closures will be employed to maintain traffic. Impacted signals will be directed into flash mode so the contractor can either flag within the intersection or close the intersection to side street crossing movements. Work is expected to take 2 weeks, weather permitting.
