Beginning Monday, June 23 at 7:30am, the right turn lane and sidewalk at the southwest corner of University City Boulevard and Prices Fork Road will be closed. A contractor will be using the area to reconstruct the pedestrian ramp and adjacent sidewalk to improve accessibility. Vehicles wishing to turn into the Virginia Tech Conference Center will be able to do so from the right-most through lane but should proceed with caution. Pedestrians and motorists are encouraged to seek alternate options if possible.

Work is expected to take two days to complete. The right turn lane will be closed daily between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm to accommodate this work. All work is expected to be completed by Tuesday, June 24 at 7:00pm.
