The Town of Blacksburg Planning and Engineering Department has received a new public hearing submittal for Yellow Sulphur Apartments PRD request at 3503 Holiday Lane. The new public hearing project (RZN-25-6) adds additional parcels to the proposed development area. There is also a companion request to vacate a portion of right-of-way on Holiday Lane (ROW-25-2)
The previous rezoning application for Yellow Sulphur Apartments PRD request (RZN-25-4) has been withdrawn.
The following meetings have been scheduled to review the application:
Neighborhood Meeting: Wednesday, July 30, 2025, 5:30 pm in the Blacksburg Motor Company Building at 400 South Main Street.
Planning Commission Public Hearing: Tuesday, September 2, 2025, 6:30 pm in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building at 300 South Main Street.
