The Core and Restore class scheduled for Wednesday, January 7 at 10:30am at the Blacksburg Community Center has been canceled due to instructor illness. Class should resume on Wednesday, January 14. If participants are looking for a substitute class, the Healthy Backs class will be held on Wednesday, January 7 at 10:30am at the Blacksburg Community Center.
