As we navigate these unprecedented times and take toll of the economic impact Coronavirus is having on our country and community, we want to ensure now more than ever that our customers can take care of their families and not have the added stress of utility disconnections and late notices.
Out of heartfelt concern for our customers we are temporarily suspending all disconnections and collection processes that would normally be made due to delinquent payments on accounts due in April. By doing so, we are also minimizing employee contact with the public and maintaining our focus on what is needed most at this time—safe, clean and reliable water.
