Payment of a local vehicle license tax is required if you are a resident of the Town of Blacksburg and you own a vehicle.

Refunds
If you are moving to another locality, then you will be eligible for a prorated refund if
1. You make a statement that the vehicle will no longer be garaged in town, and
2. You provide a mailing address for the refund, and the reason why.
