Parking permits can be purchased at the cashier window on the second floor of the Blacksburg Municipal Building at 300 S. Main St. You must live on the restricted street that is signed for “permit parking only.” Bring a copy of your lease, car registration or operator’s license showing the address within the designated residential permit parking area. You will also need your vehicle year, make and license plate number. The permit expires June 15^th each year. There is no fee for the first two permits issued for a single residence. The fee for additional permits is $5.00. No more than four parking permits will be issued per year per residence.
