Description:
Conditional Use Permit request (CUP-25-2) to allow an automobile dealership in the lower level of a building in GC General Commercial. The property will function has a warehouse to store antique vehicles form Japan for sale online. All vehicles will be stored out of public view. There will be limited foot traffic with an expected one to two customer visits per week and public hours of operation will be approximately 20 hours per week. There are no site modifications required, nor any code modifications requested. The Town of Blacksburg Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use designation is Commercial. This proposed development will not increase density beyond the future land use designation.
