Description:

Conditional Use Permit request (CUP-25-5) for General Office use in the OTR Old Town Residential.  A Special Use permit was approved in May 1980 but was exclusively for VPI & SU (Virginia Tech) administrative and faculty office use.  The applicant has filed a conditional use permit request to amend the approved special use permit to allow General Office.  The Town of Blacksburg Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use designation is Medium Density Residential.  This proposed development will not increase density beyond the future land use designation.
