One request (RZN20-0002) is to amend the previous rezoning RZN17-0006/ORD 1866 approved by Town Council in May 2019.  The previous rezoning rezoned 22.96 acres at 501 South Main Street to Downtown Commercial (DC) and Planned Residential (PR) with conditions. The second request is for a special signage district for the entire Midtown Development (RZN20-0003). Also requested is a conditional use permit (CUP20-0003) for height above the maximum of 60 feet in Downtown Commercial on 1.77 acres (DC Parcel #5).
